How to receive your purchase

Purchases are linked to your game account.

Buy skins and equipment in the game. SCOIN are used in the game and cannot be withdrawn as money.

If your purchase has not appeared

Contact support with your game username, order number and payment date. We will check the balance update. You do not need to send your account password or full card number.

Cancellations and refunds

For purchase cancellations, incorrect or duplicate charges and refunds, contact gladiatorbattles.support@gmail.com. Refunds of confirmed payments are issued through Stripe to the original payment method; processing time depends on your bank. Purchases of the game itself on itch.io are separate; requests about those purchases must be submitted through itch.io.

Account details

The store processes your game username, account ID, SCOIN balance, purchased skins and order details. Sign-in uses a secure session cookie. Your password is verified by the game server. Card details are entered on the Stripe page; the store does not retain your full card number or security code.

Your verified email address is used for account recovery. The connected email service and Stripe handle email delivery and payment processing. Contact support with questions about your data or account access.
