Account and game data
We process your username, account identifiers, email if supplied, authentication and recovery records, session tokens, characters, progress, equipment, balances, purchases and game activity. Social features process the messages and friend relationships you create. Support processes the information you send us.
Purpose and visibility
We use this data to provide accounts, recovery, online battles, progress, communication, purchases, refunds, support and security. Other players can see your public fighter name, class, level and battle results. Messages are shared with their intended recipients.
Optional voice chat
If you choose to use push-to-talk in a supported battle, the game requests microphone access and sends your voice while you hold the talk control. Our server relays the audio to eligible teammates, or to the other player in a one-on-one duel. Voice traffic is encrypted in transit and processed in short memory buffers for real-time playback; the game and relay do not store voice recordings. You can disable voice chat or decline microphone access and continue playing.
Service providers
Hosting and email services process data needed to operate the service. Stripe handles website payments; we retain transaction references, amounts and status, not your full card number or security code. Stores handle their own downloads and transactions under their policies. Network providers receive connection information needed to deliver requests.
Cookies and security
The website uses a secure session cookie for sign-in and local storage for language preferences. Passwords use verification hashes. Recovery records are encrypted. Do not send passwords, recovery codes or full card details to support.
Retention and your requests
There is no automatic account deletion for inactivity. Account and progress records remain until a verified deletion request is fulfilled. Transaction or security records may need to remain for refunds, fraud prevention or legal obligations. Support will explain any retained records when handling your request.
Contact support to request access, correction or deletion of your data. We verify account ownership before changing or deleting an account.
Request account deletion
Email gladiatorbattles.support@gmail.com with the subject “Gladiator Battles account deletion” and your game username. Use your linked email when available. You can make this request without reinstalling the game.
Deletion removes the account and associated character, progress, inventory, balance and social data, subject to the limited retention explained above. Uninstalling the game alone does not delete server data.
